Therefore it is essential to keep your energy levels high in summer, and for that, you need to follow a routine that helps you in doing that.

Do not keep the food outside.

Food, when kept outside on a hot day for a long time, gets rotten and contaminated. While if you keep that in the refrigerator, it will not rot. Food contamination is common in summer that leads to diarrhea and food poisoning. Also, make sure that you eat from a hygienic place if you are eating it from a restaurant to avoid any adverse health condition.
